Join the NOVA Community as we pause in remembrance of 20 years passed since the tragedy of September 11th. To capstone the weeks's events, on Saturday, September 11, 11 a.m., there will be a Commemorative One-Mile Walk–or 1,980 steps (the distance from the ground to the top of the World Trade Center).
The walk will be hosted at the Woodbridge Campus and supports the mission of The First Responder’s Children’s Foundation, which is concurrently celebrating its 20th Anniversary. If you have questions about this NOVA Student Life program, please contact Nigel Word, nword@nvcc.edu.
