Club Leader Development Series (CDLS) provides club leaders and members with the knowledge and resources to effectively lead, coordinate, and organize their clubs.

Club involvement at NOVA is really important and can teach you so much. When you're involved in a club, you can lean more about yourselves and how you work with others. You can also gain experience in planning events, fundraising, organizing meetings.

What does it mean to be a leader? How would you define your leadership style? By the end of this meeting we want everyone to better define who they are as a leader, and realize that you don't need to hold a title in a group or club in order to lead.
