This FREE workshop is a must have for students with designated programs of study in: AS Biology, AS Science or AS General Studies Health Sciences. Due to the new pre-requisite requirement for BIO-141, students enrolling in this course for Fall 2022 are encouraged to attend this 4-day intensive, online, zoom workshop.

The workshop will help prepare students to take the placement exam and or identify topics requiring further review to successfully pass the exam, for enrollment into BIO-141. Topics covered will include:

• chemistry
• biomolecules
• cellular structure
• cellular functions
• heredity

The 3-hour sessions will feature lecture, worksheets and practice quizzes.
