Are you interested in leadership development, teamwork, stepping out of your comfort zone, and meeting new people? Then the Nighthawk Fall Leadership Retreat might be the right experience for you!

For this fall retreat, we will be taking participants to an active outdoor challenge course facilitated by The EDGE at George Mason University. A Challenge Course is a combination of mental and physical challenges that will require groups to work as a team to accomplish goals. Through a series of fun and interactive programs, participants learn valuable information about themselves, each other, and the group as a unit.

The core learning experience will be connected to our new Nighthawk Pledge  which is the foundation of our community.
