**Employer Capacity has been reached**

Northern Virginia Community College's Spring 2023 In-Person Career Fair will take place on Thursday, April 13th, 2023 from 11:00am - 2:00pm EST at the Loudon Campus. The fair will connect students and alumni with employers from the Loudon area and beyond searching for talent to fill their open positions and internships.

The in-person fair will take place at the Higher Education Center located at the Loudon Campus and will allow students to have face to face interaction with employers and to learn about opportunities in the Loudon area and beyond. 

Employers and organizations from all career fields are welcome to participate and we would like to place an emphasis on those from the Loudon area for this event but will also welcome employers from the DMV. 

If you are a student that requires accommodations in order to participate in this event, please notify novacareerservices@nvcc.edu no later than January 25th, 2023.

NOVA's in-person job fair offers you the opportunity to speak with employer representatives in a face to face setting.  Students can review employers, job & internship positions, and submit their resumes ahead of time for employers to review before the fair. Students are strongly encouraged to submit a resume when they register to attend to maximize their in-person interactions with recruiters.

It is recommended to dress appropriately for the event.  While these may not be interviews, it is still important to make a great impression and to maintain decent attire!
