NOVA’s 5th Annual Giving Day will take place on April 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Annandale Campus (CE Building). This exciting in-person event will bring together students, faculty, staff, and community partners from across the College.

Hosted by the NOVA Foundation, Giving Day combines a vibrant on-campus celebration with a dynamic virtual fundraising campaign.

This year’s $60,000 fundraising goal commemorates 60 years of the NOVA name, marking the College’s transition from Northern Virginia Technical College to Northern Virginia Community College in 1966, as well as the purchase of its first land in Annandale.

Every year, our on-site Giving Day event is all about you, our students, highlighting resources and opportunities designed to support your success.

Giving Day 2026 highlights for students include:

• Networking and learning opportunities with the NOVA Foundation
• A professional clothing closet, and pop-up student fashion show
• Networking opportunities with local employers through Career Services
• Professional headshots
• Games through NOVA Student Life and NOVA Recreation
• Free coffee from Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck and pupusas
• A special appearance by our therapy dogs, Fiji and Ranger
