Join us for a Nutrition 101 workshop with Fueled & Fed Nutrition where we will learn about nutrition basics, macronutrients and micronutrients, healthy plate composition, supplements, and the understanding of nutrition labels. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to equip your body with the food it needs while still enjoying the foods that you love!
