Anyone can write, and anyone can write poetry, for it is found in everyday life. Poetry is storytelling, and it is a form of literature that uses rhythmic and language tools to help tap into a reader’s imagination or emotions. Pop Culture Poetry, in particular, is poetry that intersects with pop culture shared through movies, TV shows, video games, music, and references from other similar works and media. 

Join The Muse Writers Center for a Pop Culture Poetry Exploration workshop where we will explore a series of pop culture poems, hold discussions, and have an opportunity to share some of our own work. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned poet, all levels of experience are welcome.
