As a participant, you will enjoy a warm welcoming environment where you can easily make friends and get to know the host. In the beginning, you'll get to listen to some meditation music to create a peaceful atmosphere, followed by a guided meditation, meant for relaxation and serenity. Afterward, you'll get some inspiration from a topic of personal development that incorporates scientific research and that you can put to practical use as soon as you leave the session. Each session will last 1:15 to give you plenty of time to meditate, have deep conversation and make friends. Topics may range from: how habits work to how to strengthen will power, how to make better decisions, productivity, social justice and motivation.
