To support your successful transition and integration into college life, you are invited to attend this New Student Orientation for Adult Learners. Adult Learners are new degree-seeking students who are:

• 1) first-time students over the age of 25;
• 2) transferring to NOVA from another college/university; or
• 3) returning to the College after a leave of absence.

We will provide important information about your transition to the College/campus, academic planning (including transfer and career preparation), student success and campus resources.  This orientation is designed specifically for the adult learner and your experience.  

The remote program will be offered via Zoom. You will need access to the Internet with audio (microphone or phone). There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you RSVP by registering for this program.  After you register, you will be sent a confirmation and a link to the VIRTUAL session via email.
